"The Power of Faith in Times of Crisis: The Todd and Lisa Beamer Story"

In the year 2001, a man named Todd Beamer was aboard United Airlines Flight 93, which was hijacked by terrorists on 9/11.

Along with other passengers, Todd and his group fought off the hijackers and managed to prevent the plane from reaching its intended target, costing everyone on board their lives.


Before the passengers took action, Todd had one last conversation with his pregnant wife, Lisa, over a flight attendant's phone. He told Lisa that he and other passengers were planning to do something to stop the hijackers, and then asked Lisa to recite the Lord's Prayer with him.


Together, they recited the prayer, and then Todd ended the call with a phrase that has become a symbol of the passengers' courage and faith: "Let's do it!


After Todd's death, Lisa found comfort and strength in her Christian faith. She began speaking publicly about the importance of prayer and faith, and wrote a book called "Let's Roll: Ordinary People, Extraordinary Courage," which told the story of her husband and the other passengers on Flight 93.


Lisa also founded a charity called "Hero of My Heart" which supports military families and children who have lost their parents. Through her work and ministry, Lisa has honored her husband's memory and found a sense of purpose and hope in the midst of grief and loss.


The story of Todd and Lisa Beamer is proof of the strength and power of the Christian faith in times of crisis and extreme pain. Through their bravery and devotion to God, the passengers of Flight 93 became an example of courage and sacrifice that inspired many people around the world.
